Storage and access
Customer details are encrypted in the order database. Authorised site administrators can access them for fulfilment and support. Report downloads require a private access token. Keep your tracking link private.
Activity notifications
If you separately opt in, genuine activity notifications may display your first name, city and report name. Sample notifications are labelled as demo activity.
Your choices
Contact the business to request access, correction or deletion. Necessary transaction records may be retained for applicable accounting obligations. The business must add its legal identity, retention periods, processors, international transfer details and contact address here before launch.
